Part-time brokers typically earn $2,000-$6,000/month within their first year, while full-time brokers can build $10,000-$30,000+ in monthly recurring income.

What is the commission structure?

We offer three commission tiers based on the number of active clients you refer. Tier 1 (10%): All brokers start here with 10% recurring monthly commission. Tier 2 (12.5%): Upgrade to 12.5% when you have 3+ active clients. Tier 3 (15%): Earn 15% when you have 5+ active clients. The tier upgrade applies to all your clients, not just new ones, so your entire portfolio benefits when you reach the next level.

How long do commissions last?

Forever. As long as the client continues service with Tanis, you continue earning commission. Where should clients be located?

The Referral Process

How does the referral process work?

The process is simple. First, identify a company that needs call center services. Second, introduce them to Tanis via email (we provide templates) or arrange a three-way introduction. Third, we handle the sales process including discovery calls, proposals, demos, and contract negotiations. You can lead the sales with our support or let us handle everything. Fourth, once the client signs and launches, you start earning commission the following month. Fifth, you receive monthly commission payments automatically for as long as the client remains active. No ongoing work is required from you after the introduction.

Do I have to close the deal myself?

No. You can simply make the introduction and we will handle the entire sales process. However, if you prefer to lead the sales process, we provide full co-selling support. We can join your sales calls, answer technical questions, present proposals, and help close deals. You choose your level of involvement based on your relationship with the client and your sales expertise.

What support do you provide to brokers?

How long does it take to close a deal?

Payment & Compensation

When and how do I get paid?

You receive commission payments monthly, within 5-7 days after we receive payment from the client. For example, if a client pays their January invoice on January 15th, you receive your commission by January 20-22. We pay via wire transfer for international brokers or PayPal for convenience. You receive a detailed monthly commission statement showing all active clients, invoice amounts, commission calculations, and payment dates. Payments are automatic—no action required from you.

What happens if a client cancels service?

If a client cancels service, you receive your final commission for the last month of service, then commissions stop for that client. There is no penalty to you. You continue earning commission on all your other active clients. Most clients stay with Tanis for extended periods (many for multiple years), providing stable recurring income. Client retention is high because we deliver quality service and significant cost savings.

What if a client increases or decreases their team size?

Your commission adjusts automatically based on the client's monthly invoice amount. If a client increases from 10 agents to 20 agents, your commission doubles. If they reduce from 20 agents to 10 agents, your commission is cut in half. This ensures your earnings are always aligned with the value we deliver to the client. Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
