Our Story
The outsourcing industry has long been dominated by the Philippines, India, and Latin America. Egypt — with its strategic location, multilingual workforce, and world-class infrastructure — stayed one of the industry's best-kept secrets. We founded Tanis to change that.
We started by helping international companies navigate Egypt's outsourcing market. But we kept seeing the same thing: the hard part was never finding a call center — it was running one well. Quality, coverage, and accountability lived or died on day-to-day operations, and that was the piece companies couldn't outsource to a directory.
So we built it ourselves. Since 2022, Tanis has grown into a managed offshore operation: we recruit, train, supervise, and quality-manage dedicated teams from our own floor in Egypt, and we stand behind the results. When another BPO needs offshore capacity, we run it for them on a white-label basis — invisibly, behind their brand.
Today we deliver English-language voice and back-office work across 15+ industries, and the teams we run have handled well over a million customer interactions. Our mission is unchanged: bring Egypt's outsourcing talent to the world, and take full ownership of how well it performs.
